A personal note.
today has been a good day except for the two heart breaking prayer requests.
I mananged to go and get a haircut and for some blessed reason did not have a seizure this time.
Afterwards we went into the target store a little further down from theGreat Clips haircuts,and did a little shopping.
I have found a new prayer request this time it is over on Megan’s site. Thanks,Mike G.said that(it an A.A. discussion thing)
No Friday Flashback this week.
I’m sorry but there will not be a Friday FlashBack this week.instead Keep Hula Girl’s family and In-Laws in your prayers.
A prayer rquest.
I’m posting this request for Hula Girl,and her family and in laws,they suffered a tragedy.Hula Girls sister in law Sissy who suffers from depression has committed suicide by jumping it to the Tennessee River.Please keep her family in your prayers as they still have not recovered Sissy’s body. I hope every one can take a minuite to go offer condolences to her and all of the families involved.Thank you.

Now if I can only figure out why this computer “forgets”there is a keyboard attached I do not know!Any body got any sugestions???

well I guess that i’m finally calling it a day.good noght or good mornig.WTF it 1:45am
yesterday kinda sucked.
Earth day started out good for me,than as the day progress every thing went to hell in a hand basket.I had a bad seizure,than took a three hour nap.Just to wake up to an agitated Celestine and than the fighting started.it’s now 12:37 am.we have not spoken to each outher since about 7:30 pm.and she just went to bed.I do not know when I will do the same.I guess that i will just stay up for a while and watch some dumb stuff on tv.aka talk shows.
EARTH DAY.
Let’s try to be better Stewards to our Mother Earth,by reducing our carbon footprints.By taking big leaps in reducing the amount that is put into the atmosphere.Yes I’m talking to you the auto industry.Yes I’m talking to the the coal plants pumping Carbon Dioxide into the air like there is no tomorrow.
why me?
Just another fun day here at Golch Central.I had to “kill”(use the 6 restore discs) on my living room computer yesterday.I was having a cascade of failing components(if that is the right word).first I could not play any of my Cd’s ,than I keep getting program not responding message every time I wanted to open a program,than the stupid machine decided that there was no keyboard attached to the computer.That was solved by unplugging the keyboard and replugging it back in.But the rest of the things I wanted to do I could not.I still do not understand why the computer can “forget”that the keyboard is attached.By this I mean that I could not type any thing into a comment like I was tryint to do
I still have to put stuff back into it,I was up until midnight trying to get it working.
Currently I’m using my older computer that still works.so maybe today I can get it working.I woke up at 6:30 AM I could not sleep so I decided to play a game,and do this posting.Soon if I am lucky I’ll be tired enough to go back to sleep for a couple of hours that fight with the main computer again.I saved some stuff to a dvd disc that was I would not lose the folders that I wanted to keep.Hopefully I did that right.
I know that a “little rain must fall on our lives”,but why do I need to be in “monsoon season” when it does???
Now that I got that off my chest I feel a little better.At least Me and the cat were the only ones at home when I let go all the nasty things I said to the computer for giving me the grief that it did.I even threaten to drop kick it into Lake Erie,but it just sat there “thumbing it’s nose” at me.At least I got the last laugh,I fixed it,I think.Time will tell.
My one friend told me that he was having the same trouble with his MAC,I had called him to ask him if that had ever happened to him,so I guess that if there is going to be a failure it does not matter what kind you have.
