I have sign up for my continuing Education Courses that I need to take to keep my Real Estate license. I have to do this every 3 years before my birthday and pay my renewal fee as well or my license would just lapse. and if I wanted to get back int real estate I would have to take the 120 hours of training all over again and pass the license exam again. so it is cheaper for me to maintain my license that to let it lapse.
With this being said I may not be doing a lot of postings or visiting and commenting as I usually do.
I will keep every posted on my progress, and the results of the stress test that I’m going to have done on the 19Th of this month.
Hugs and God’s Blessings and Love to all.Mike G. said that!(It’s an A.A.thing of mine)
Thanks for the heads-up Mike. I understand why you don\’t want to let your license lapse. Good luck. I\’ll see you when I see you. The stress test isn\’t all that bad either. You\’ll see. Have a great day sweetie. Big hug. 🙂
Sandee, thank you.
I am sending you good luck thoughts so you do well on the Continuing Ed.
Best of luck to you Mike. Of course I will miss seeing you as much but just blog when you have time. Blogland will lack one of it\’s special bloggers while you are busy.Just don\’t forget us forever my friend!Jen
Sara, Thank you for the good wishes.Jennifer.Thank you as well. I just have to do the continuing ed. it is cheaper to do that than to let the license go and that I would cost me a heck of a lot moer money and time if I do go back in the business.
Good luck Mike with your continuing Ed courses in real estate…also I pray that the stress test will show good results…
Mimi thanky you on both counts.
I am glad you are keeping up your real estate license. Even though the houseing market is not that great at the moment, you never know when it might just take a turn for the better. 🙂
Valerie, the main thing it that I just might want to get back into this if and when my seizures are in remission.
