I was having such a great weekend until…
as the title says I was having such a great weekend until,while helping Celestine bring something up from the basement,when my foot caught on the stept and I went flying. My one of my bad knees slammed into the landing causing a lot of pain.I passed out from the pain. I have put a cold ice pack on it several times and I’m still in a lot of pain.

Mike,I'm sorry that you took a tumble. Be sure and keep ice packs on it and keep it elevated, which should help some. If it's okay for you to take advil, that will also help.Praying for a full recovery.Blessings,Mary
