Computer grief
well I got some major computer grief.this computer product key was hacked,at least I think that’s what happened and so I was chatting with Best Buy Geek Squad where I bought it from the said it could be fixed for 30 Bucks.
I do not understand how I lost access to the product ket and how this has happened.

They said the computer will work but I will have “limited Access” what ever that means.
