The old me when I weighted 310 lbs and the new me after a 27 lb weight loss.I still have a ways to go in my quest to lose weight.

Sandee,Just Be Real,Laura,and Mari,I am doing this by portion control since exercise is limited due to the seizures.I'm trying to use a reasonable goal,I would like to be 250 lbs,which I know is still over weight.That is the imediate goal.I doubt that I will ever be under 200 lbs unless I get really sick.when I had fluid on the heart in the seventies I did lose a heck of a lot of weight.

Bing Thanks,I'll be right over.Clueless,yes it was especially since I am limited in the exexcises that I can do.Finally free,the last time I was skinny I was still in Jr.High (middle) School.by the time I graduated high school.I was 220 lbs.Than a gain I did not look fat back that.I have a large frame(torso)
