I better post this now,for my internet is being switched from Spectrum
to AT&T. 
I originally had AT&T as my landline and internet provider,than when it got really expensive I switched to Time Warner Clable
a few years later TWC was bought by Spectrum
which was in then bought out by Charter services and became Charter Specrtum.
Under Charter Spectrum I was conned into switching my Hard Wired Landline from AT&T to Spectrum and both the phone and Internet have since became unreliable.so two weeks ago afte a day without my Home Phone and Internet I got fed up and called AT&T scheduled an appointment for them to take back my Home Phone and Internet I am saving $40 Bucks! si it’s your loss spectrum and HELLO AT&T!!

DEAREST CELESTINE 45 YEARS AGO TODAY YOU AND I STOOD INFRONT OF FR.KRACKER AND TOOK OUR WEDDING VOWS, IN ST TIMOTHY’S CHURCH ON EAST 131 STREET CLEVELAND OHIO. IT STILL SEEMS LIKE YESTERDAY.OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARYS DO NOT STOP JUST BECAUSE YOU WENT HOME IN OCTOBER 2020,NOR WILL THEY STOP WHEN I COME HOME. I STILL CELEBRATE MOM AND DAD’S ON OCTOBER WEDDING ANNIVERSARY.

I just keep tacking on the days since my last relasp.I wish I had not shitcanned my 37 years 1 month and 15 days on 02/01/2022,and again I had to do a rest of the counter on 12/17/2023.my very first soberiety date was 10/20/1971 I was in the USAF excelling in my Tech School training and excelling in the pratice of alcohol consumption. Because of my antics when drunk I was told that A)I was in danger of being thrown out of the USAF because of my drinking. and B)That I need to go to the base chappel that I had an appointment with the lutheran Chaplin,when I arrived I was told to have a seat and the Chaplin would be with me shortly and was handed a reprinted copy of the frist edition of the Big Book the note said read the first 20 pages ASAP.The Chaplin said come in Airman Golch after we had a good conversation he said well it’s time fa a meeting let’s go,he became my first Sponsor I am currently at 435 days sober. Yes I am a Real Alcoholic, got them on both sides of the Family. I am Greatful that neither one of my sisters are,they are Normies (People who can stop at one drink and not even finish the drink they had.
22 A Day
Today is the 22nd day of the month. As a veteran I call this Battle Buddy Day. The 22 represents the suicide rate per day for veterans. A Battle Buddy is someone you can count on no matter what. Do you have a Battle Buddy, or is that you? Call, text, visit get in touch with someone who may need a Battle Buddy. Ask them how they are doing, do they have everything they need, do they want to talk. Then listen to them. It means more to them than you will ever know. Sometimes just knowing someone else is there is enough to get through the day.

Every once in a wile I have a run away day. Today was just such a Day.
Since it it a Holiday Martin luther King Day
I donot recieve a meals on wheels delivery on holidays.
I decided to run down to The Fox in the Snow in Dublin Ohio.
I got lucky and the handicapped parking spot in-from of the building was open. first off was the bathroom. than I ordered food to go. I got the Ham Bagette and a pastry called the Strawberry Diamond for desert. And a sticky bun for breakfast tomorrow.
there is so much yummy stuff.

I put the Rule 62 coin up to remind myself not to take myself to seriously!! and today is one of those days. After getting up anc comping down stairs I was headded for the bathroom and that’s when the FUN STARTED! Well that was no fun. My knee gave out and I fell. I was not hurt but I did need help getting back up. Thank goodness I have life alert. I pushed the button and Cleveland EMS was contacted and they arrived and Picked me back up.checked me out I am ok.
