Cleveland has had The Lorain–Carnegie Bridge renamed The Hope Memorial Bridge in Honor of Comediam Bob Hope. ever since it completion in 1932 it had 4 towering pylons with a total of 8 scupltures called The Guardians of Traffic. these pylons had a planned function of gaining access to the Viaduct below the bridge where Streetcars were to run, that never happened.but the Ert Deco pylons remained to this day.
