A SUNDAY THOUGHT/REFLECTION
THREE YEARS AGO TODAY WAS THE LAST DAY MY BELOVED CELESTINE WAS EVER HERE WITH ME IN OUR CONDO. IT STARTED THE DECLINE IN HEALTH AS SHE WAS SUFFERING THE EARLY STAGES OF KIDNEY FAILURE THAT WOULD NOT BE DIAGNOSED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 25, 2020. SHE WAS PLACED IN THE CARE OF HOSPICE WHILE STILL AT METRO HEALTH HOSPITAL.
OCTOBER 4, 2020 SHE WAS TRANSFERRED FROM METRO HEALTH TO THE HOSPICE OF WESTERN RESERVE WESTLAKE CAMPUS WHERE ON THE 15TH SHE TOOK A TURN FOR THE WORSE AND ON THE 16TH SOMETIME BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND ONE THIRTY AM SHE DIED.
