  1. Respect to your family members who gave so much. I love the photo of the cat praying for peace. I’m sure the critters must be praying we humans calm down and learn to live in harmony. Smiles. Peace to you.

  2. My comment disappeared. Respect to your family members, who gave so much and paid the ultimate price. I love the Bear-a-Tones! And the cat praying for peace. I’m sure the critters must be praying we humans learn how to live in harmony. Smiles.

    • Mimi Lenox.I was happy to join in even if it was a day late.and I just had to honor those that served. i say a great quote on facebook all service peole die from serving som die quickly and the rest slowly over their lives.

  4. I love your song choice. Got to say, that’s an impressive list of family. You must be proud. <3 My grandfather was in the South African air force during WWII. He was in Egypt. My dad's family were all in the Rhodesian forces, but for several decades we weren't allowed to march on Remembrance day (UK and Australia) which I still think stinks. Ok, small rant over! Back to peace thoughts. I love your story and enjoyed the song.

I think most soldiers fight for peace, not because they love wars. <3

Michelle of https://crows-feet.blogspot.com/ (because I can't remember my log in for here. Getting old! lol)

Military people want peace, their point if they are doing their jobs right is to defend freedom and so restore peace as quickly as possible.

  7. As a 60-something, the “Eve of Destruction” video really hit home. I’m sitting here crying thinking about our current eve of destruction with everything going on in the world and this country today. Peace to all.
