Happy Birthday America and all those that were born on this day!

245 years ago, 56 men (traitors to their government) affixed their signatures to a letter to their king which was sure to get them hanged if they were caught. In doing so they stated “we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”
As we celebrate this day with cookouts and fireworks, let us not forget the risks and sacrifices of those treasonous souls who gave birth to our nation. And may they forgive us for giving up so much of the liberty that they sacrificed so much to provide.
