I suffered from a bout of food poisoning on Saturday night, I threw up a small portion of my dinner at 8:30 PM that an hour later I threw up all of it and kept throwing up all night. Sunday Morning I was feeling extremely weak and dizzy so I called Cleveland EMS and gave the the code to open the lock box to the front door and as I was talking to the dispatcher I felt like I was going to pass out, and did so I was taken to metro health E/R, admitted for observation, talked to different doctors the made some medication changes when they discharged me I had to have my Cousin Keith come and bring me home.
That being said, this is my Awww Monday post and I am not doing a Music Monday post this week.

Oh I hate it when food doesn’t agree and then you get sick behind all the throwing up. It’s an Awww as you’re home now. Good for you.

Hey All thanks for the prayers.by monday morning I was feeling much better in the morning,I was given an undet the toung medicine that finally settled down the nausea,and haveing 6 littel jellos helped a lit.
