note to self,do not speak too soon,after recieving a new product key from HP every thing was fine,asaccording to the computer.
than there was an update to be installed by restarting the computer,and again
Yep that black cloud struck again!!
so when the lady from HP calles tomarrow I will just have to wait and see.
