FYI

the current offer I Have with AT&T ends today and the costs for internet jumps almost 18 bucks a month and I cannot afford that,and if I cannot get a better rate from them,I will be discontinuing my account with them!! I am still upset with their customer service rep that would not be helpful on Saturday July 11 2015,I got a silent treatment and when the person did speak I could bairly hear her at all,i was so frustrated that it triggered a seizure,and when Celestine took over the call she got the same treatment.
I have already talked Via Chat with Time Warner Cable about getting Internet Only from them,the cheapest I can get is to buy the cable Modem and it is a big savings over what AT&T Uverse wants to charge me. The draw Back is that I have wait for them to come and hook it up,so If I do not post anything else that is why.

  1. AT&T is bad but it is our only option out here in the country. Believe me, I have spent many frustrating hours with their customer service people and technical support staff. I do my best in resignation that if I call AT&T I will be on the line at least an hour. Sorry, Mike, that this is happening to you.
