computer troubles again
damn this HP 110-124 the display went bank again and had to call HP Support AGAIN this time they had me do a completer system restore which means every thing I had was wiped off the computer
the computer went blank again,so I called HP back again and the had me run a dianostic test.and they said that they

will send me shipping materials to send the computer to a repair center and fix the computer and return it to me.at least the computer is still under warrenty so that will not cost me one penny.

Sandee,yes It will take about 2 business days for me to get the box and packing materals and paperwork than I fill out the paperwork pack up the computer take it it a fedex dropoff point and they will return the computer when it's fixed they said it takes about 2 weeks,so i will be using the old Compaq computer with windows XP and hope that keep functioning while the other one is getting repaired.
