Looks like it's for you telephone jack Mike. I've never heard of this before. I'm guessing it works with your phone.Have a terrific day. 🙂
Sandee, it is supposed to be plugged into a computer usb port than you plug your landline phone into that.this way you use your computers dsl and or broad band connection to make calls.
