These brave men and women sacrifice so much in their lives just so others may get to enjoy freedom.  For that I am proud to call them Hero.

Sandee,yes being promoted is a great day as well.Prior to becomming a Corrections Officer I was work for different private security companies. one such company that I worked for I actually became a Lieutenant as well it was a great surprise to me. the captain in charge was a gruff old charater and as I walked in for my shift he yelled at me that I did not deserve to wear the badges that I was wearing and i was to take them off imediatrely,I did thinking that I was getting fired whenhe handed my Badges and then pinned on my Bars.
