WHY ME?
AS THE TITLE SAYS I GOT NAILED BY OF ALL THINGS A MICROSOFT UPDATE. I DOWNLOADED AN UPDATE FROM MICROSOFT AND WHEN I HIT THE RESTART BUTTON AS I ALWAYS DO THE COMPUTER GOT LOCKED IN A START-UP RESTART CYCLE. SO I GOT OUT MY RESTORE DISCS, TO PUT THE MAIN GOLCH CENTRAL COMPUTER BACK. SO I WILL BE BUSY FOR A WHILE. SEE EVERY ONE WHEN I DO.

Sandee,I swaer that I'm that charater in Lil' Abner that has the Black Cloud over his head.The good news is that I do have the computer working again but it is at the factory settings.I still have to put everything else back in,so I'm gonna get some drops done as well as putting the other stuff back in I doubt if I'll gert all the drops done that I do and that's ok.
Aw Mike, I am so stinkin' sorry. Sometimes when it rains it pours. I hope that you get everything worked out soon.
Jennifer,Thanks.I have the computer back to normal.I swear microsoft's people are insurting codes to make people think they need to buy a new computer with the latest microsoft operating system.I'm not about to do that as long as this one works than I do not need a new computer.
It's Microsoft. I swear by Macs. No lock ups and no problems.
Syd,I believe you.but sadly mac can get nailed as well.just as my friend Ferd. he got nailed,and he had a mac.untill this computer has died.I will not be getting a new computer.the fixed income thing.
