I got nailed AGAIN.
I cannot believe my effin bad luck.I was visiting one of the blogs from my reader and my computer got nailed.I lost my anti-virus and even my computer would not “talk” to my modem.WTF???? So I will be working on getting the main computer back on line.see ya when I do.

What a bummer! Hope it is an easy fix!
Mari,it is fairly easy to do since I have done it in the past,I have to wipe out the computer.It it time consuming though.Every bookmark that I had in fire fox has to be put back in one at a time Not to mention all the information and other stuff that I had stashed in the computer.
Sounds like a lot of work. I'm glad it was fixable. Computers and there repairs are not cheap!
Wanda's Wings.the use of the restore discs(6 of them)is a hlell of a lot cheaper that taking the beast to a computer store and paying 200 buck to have it done.

Bummer. I had a problem with my modem in the past day too. But they could reset it at ATT. Whew! What a pain to be without internet.
Jo,I am getting quite good at getting this thing back to the fatcry installed brograms.that the fun starts putting my games and other stuff back in.Lin,yep it's a bummer,sadly this happens. there is evil lurking everywhere now a days.I can so relate to the AT&T modem giving you grief. had a few days like that my self with my AT&T modem. the last major problem I had they had to sent a tech out to the house. the modem had totally bit the dust and had to be replace,at least the price was right,NO CHARGE!!
So sorry. One of my friend's blogs always gives me a warning when I visit. Must be some of the comments that sneak by that put script on blogs? It's awful when you have to go in and recreate everything.
