Everyone knows that I have seizures and exercise is pretty much out for me.I had asked The Fitness Diva for advice.She informed me that if I would type in CHAIR AEROBICS in Google Search that I would find a wealth of information.She was right.she also sent me a video link from you tube.I decided to share the video with everyone,that might be interested in trying this one.
I'm newer to you blog and didn't know about your seizures. I had heard of chair yoga but not chair aerobics–what a great solution!And congratulations on the weight loss. You look great, Mike.
Looks like a pretty good workout.I couldn't do it with my asthma.

San,Thank you.The seizures are almost a daily thing.Just breathe,no this would not be a good Idea if your asthma is not in good control.Mine is and this helps me as long as i do this in slow increments.Nessa,that good.Sandee,thank you I had googled Chair execises and got nothing.so I asked the Diva,she gave me the right info to look for and there is a lot of that info out there.You just got to know what to look for.
