So far I’m not a happy Camper My Brand New Comoputer thr DELL OptiPlex 7020 has a defective audio component. Saturday for the second time the audio qyuite whild I was in a Zoom Meeting the first time I was a CO-Host. Saturday I was the host of the meeting. and zoom crashed.so I called Dell Got a Dumbass for a tech support agent,demanded to speak to her supervisor.I did he had me download both the audio and BIOS. and reinstalled them it worked for aboput 10 minuites and it quit and started to work when I restarted the computer. Sunday I was watching a youtube video and the audio system crashed twice. I called Dell today and got satifaction. they are going to replace the computer. I got to ship this one back and than they will send me a replacement,that will send me a shipping lable to my email,I print it out go to FedEx drop it off. and wait untill I get the replacement.
