Follow up on the computer grief

Just got a return phone call from HP they are sending me an email asking me for a reply to it with the different screenshots I took of the computer grief I’ve been having.they are going to try to figure out how to proceed,the computer may have to be sent to them for repair,and or maybe they just need to send me a new product key.they are not sure how to proceed,I asked if replacing the system restore discs would fix the problem,they said they would call me back later today.
