I love when things don’t go right.
Yesterday for some reason my computer decided not to co-operate and perform automatic Updates from Microsoft. It would download the updates but would not install them properly, and would not fix itself. I spent most of the day talking to HP. HP had me do several tests of the computer one test took 81 minutes and when the tech support person called me back she had me do a completer system restore, the computer was working until the auto updates kicked in and that is when things went to hell in a handbasket AGAIN! This time (HP) tech support had me preform a system refresh. Once again no go on the updates and a refresh was done again and I was told to contact Microsoft directly. Microsoft Tech support finally fixed the computer after uninstalling and reinstalling some codes that controlled the updates.Now all is well with the world. and now I can do my Awww…Monday and Music Mondays.
