I made myself a good breakfast (At least I think so!) I had ordered some Scrapple from Amazon it is bought in 4 1LB packages and comes frozen.
when you are ready for ot it taks about 2 days to thaw out and is best used A.S.A.P. when Celestine was alive we would split the package for dinner. So I had half the package today for breakfast and I will finish the other half tomarrow for breakfast.

Sandee,Scrapple is a form of sasuage mush.I love it fried to a crispy golden brown on both sides on a sandwich as a dinner meal or as a breakfast dish its YUMMY!!

Kathe W. Amazone has it online 4 1ld packages.I was glad I found it it has not been carried as widly as it used to be here in the Cleveland area.
