Sandee,thanks Mrs Mike and I were talking when the laptop suddenly shutdown.and whenI got it started back up I than went to the Dell website signed in and ordered the computer and monitor.mrs mike said i should. I looking forward to the new and faster computer it had more RAM 12GB Vrs 8GB that this laptop has and bigger hard drive storage 1TB. and the 10 generation processor.:):D:X:-*:-f :-h d-) y-)
